Wife of Kwara State Governor, Mrs Toyin Saraki, has lamented the plight of the handicapped and the less privileged and solicited for societal appreciation of their needs.
Speaking at the foundation laying ceremony of the new dining room of the School for the Handicapped sponsored by the International Federation of Women Lawyers (FIDA) in Ilorin, Saraki said she has committed herself to the restoration of the needs of the handicapped in special schools.
